1. Who publishes the site

This website is published by AGORA CONFECCAO E COMERCIO DE ARTIGOS DO VESTUARIO LTDA, a limited company registered in Brazil.

2. Nature of the site

The pages are informational. The website does not host a cart, a booking area or any form of online payment. The commercial relationship happens in person, at the Belo Horizonte storefront.

3. Data we receive

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and text supplied in the message. We do not request identification numbers, payment data or sensitive personal data on this website.

The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) under its own operational rules.

4. Purpose

Form submissions are read by the shop team, so we can answer. Access logs are consulted only when we need to investigate an incident.

5. Sharing

Personal data is never sold. We do not pass contact-form submissions to advertising networks, data brokers or external vendors. Disclosure occurs only when the law requires it.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them, and are then deleted or archived. Access logs follow the hosting provider's own schedule.
